This division offers both public and onsite training programs. Visit the The Harrington Academy: Education and Training to see scheduled classes for training that is available to the general public. All of these classes and more can be given at an individual client’s request. The Harrington Institute believes that the most effective education sessions are conducted for an individual client, rather than for the general public. When all of the attendees come from the same organization, the class can be customized to the organization’s products, culture, and customers. It allows for real problems and opportunities to be discussed and solved rather than exercises that are not organization related.
